Million Dollar Home Goes Up In Lake MacQuarie
Panel Homes is proud to showcase its latest construction, a large home that will put Panel Homes designs in the million dollar price range once completed.
The home will be Panel Homes’ first million dollar home. It is a two storey construction with split levels up stairs and a spacious void over a formal dining area. Construction is being undertaken by Panel Homes Builder Greenbuild – who operate in the Lower Hunter Valley.
9 Week Build
Greenbuild have only 9 weeks for handover to a stage where the building will be completely lined ready for final fit-off. I’m sure you will agree this is an amazing timeframe for such a large architectural home.
Designed And Engineered In House – Mine Subsidence Risks
Panel Homes Architect, Greg Knight designed the home to take advantage of sweeping views of Lake Macquarie. Panel Homes In House Engineers had to design the foundations and structure to accommodate mines subsidence due to long wall mining in the area.
The Panel Homes system provides an excellent and very resilient structure for mines subsidence areas.
